Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when we offer refunds and replacements, and how to request one. It applies to all orders placed on ingenix.shop.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right at no cost to you. You do not need to ship anything back.
To request a refund or replacement, email us at contact@ingenix.shop within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video showing the issue
Once we have reviewed your photo or video, we will approve a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
Items lost in transit
If tracking shows your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at contact@ingenix.shop and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
Change-of-mind returns
Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review the product details and specifications before ordering, and reach out to us with any questions first. We are always happy to help you choose the right product.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@ingenix.shop. We can usually make changes before an order has been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it is treated under the terms above.
